DK Day in Dayton Event Recap

The first ever DK Day in Dayton event at Mike's Bike Park went down Sunday and it was a blast! A couple hundred BMX fans of all ages showed up to show love for DK's 40th anniversary and to ride bikes at Mike's.

It was cool to see young kids riding their dad's DKs from previous generations, as well as all the newer DKs in use at the park. The schedule was loose, the pizza was devoured, and the bunnyhop contest was a hit.  Tyler Wogoman took the win with the highest hop, pushing the 38" mark.

DK team riders Tommy Zula, Carly Kane and new freestyle team ripper Marcus Christopher were in the house, signing autographs, and chilling with the crew. Carly is on the injured reserves, but Tommy and Marcus rode the whole time and put every ramp to use.
